As one of Caterpillar global strategic suppliers, Dongyue always actively involved in studying and promoting 6 Sigma, CPS and LEAN. On Dec.6, 2017, lead by CPS MBB(Master Black Belt) Mrs Jiang, Caterpillar global Black Belt team came to Dongyue and guide its work.
   The 16 team members are CPS BB and MBB who come from China, Indian, Mexico, Poland facilities. They have rich experience in promoting CPS. BB team received warm hospitality from Dongyue team. The company’s GM Mr Xu introduced Dongyue’s development history firstly, then the cooperation with Caterpillar and the achievement through promoting CPS. After visited the workshop, Dongyue team had a deep discussion with BB team regarding the application of robot, the action to deal with volume ramp-up and the control of stable quality.
   BB team praised Dongyue’s achievement and the effectiveness of CPS promotion. Dongyue team will keep promoting CPS deeply to better meet customer’s requirement and response to market changes.
