To further promote Dongyue’s management level, Dongyue Team starts establishing its own production system（MTPS）.
Under the leadship of MTPS Committee, they accomplished the first term Green Belt training and present certification to the graduates.
  The MTPS Committee organized 8 Black Belts and it lasted for 6 months. Through repeated modification and trial teaching, 17 coursewares and 32 class hours were formed gradually as the key training content. Recommended by department or selected by the company, 12 people were chosen as the first term MTPS Green Belt Trainees who mainly come from manager, section chief and key position. They were divided into three teams: Zorro, Beyond and Excellence, four people in every team, built an atmosphere of comparing, learning, pursuing, assisting and surpassing.
  Started on Jul.25,2015, the Green Belt training lasted for 5 months. Training on every Saturday morning, a good atmosphere came into being with exellent homework reviewing before class, outstanding trainees and teams appraising and awarding in class and actively discussing after class.
  To assess the training effect, the MTPS Committee inspected and graded the trainee from three aspects: class performance, written test scores and Quick Win.
  12 Green Belts and 8 Black Belts actively participated in the whole training. They positively prepared before class, heated discussing in class and carefully reviewing after class. Appraised through comparison, Li Xiaoling won the First Prize(Gold), Wang Li won the Second Prize(Silver), Tian Ning won the Third Prize(Bronze), Wang Haitao, Chen Lianbing, Zhong Zhilong, Jiang Zhiguo, Liu Wenbo, Lu Jiling, Chen Bo, Cheng Hongwei, Qin Zhenpeng obtained the Honorable Mention. They were all commended and presented certification at the annual meeting.
  Entering into 2016, the MTPS Committee will keep focusing on promoting Dongyue’s management level and efficiency, also bringing driving force for the company’s development
