The Formal Starting of DongYue & Caterpillar Black-belt Project

With the continuously increase of orders and the introduction of a large number of welding equipment, Dongyue realized that the existing production process must be optimized in order to release production capacity to meet customer demand. For this purpose, the Black-belt teams from Dongyue and Caterpillar jointly launched the project which lasted for six months.

    The meeting was successfully held on April 18, 2018. Its participators included top leaders and all CPS black-belts from Dongyue and Caterpillar Black-belts Donna Dong, Cambie Liu, Charlie Li, and Dina Wu, Regin Zhai, Macfly Qiu from Caterpillar’s purchasing department. At this meeting, the project procedures and plans were firstly discussed , which gave a clear direction to the smoothly promotion of the project, Afterwards, both sides witnessed the project promotion agreement was signed and Black-belt made a pledge that mission must be completed toward the target.

    We hope that the Black-belt teams from both parties can cooperate sincerely in order to complete the target successfully in the following six months .
