In the annually Caterpiller’s Supplier Welding Competition held by CSCL on May 27, three competitors on behalf of Dongyue lived up to expectations and won the third prize in this competition.

The rules of this competition is different: competitors are recommended by supplier but selected by Caterpillar Randomly. This modification cares more on evaluating supplier’s overall level of welding and emphasizing balanced development of staff’s skills. Another highlight is the unitary practical operation mode was replaced by combined theory and practice operation mode, this change cares more on staff’s all-round development.

The most worthy of mention is Dongyue’s staff Yi Haimeng, as the only female competitor in these four terms of competition, she performed excellently as male competitors, and ranked top relying on her solid basic skills and good mental quality.

The company formed a good learning atmosphere after this competition, and is experiencing a wave of learning knowledge, technology and skills. To speed up skilled talents’ cultivation, to promote the whole quality of team, to enhance competitive capacity will become Dongyue’s unremitting pursuit.
