As the organizer for "2014 Caterpillar&Supplier Welding Competition - China", Dongyue had the welding competition achieved a great success based on “striving for the best”spirit and well organization. With high skills, the competitors on behalf of Dongyue won second prize in the competition.

     The holding of welding competition provides Caterpillar and suppliers with a good communication platform. It is well- known that welding quality is caterpillar’s core concerns, as Caterpillar’s core supplier, our company pay great attention on cultivating and promoting staff's skills. The welding competition provides a stage for competitors to display their high skills, and also energizes welding personnel to improve their skills.

     Time goes by, the two-day schedule is short, but we witnessed the competitors’ serious attitude and high skills, the staff’s busy and hard work, the leaders’ concerns on welding quality and selfless share. I deeply felt quality is our common topic and unremitting pursuit.

     The competition is over, but the quality awareness reflected in this competition, the great attention paid on welding quality, the focus on welding robot will be inheritted in Dongyue. For better and more stable quality and lower quality cost, we are willing to move forward unswervingly. I believe that as long as we pay our full efforts, more brilliant achievements will be obtained in future work.
