Jiangsu Dongyue Construction Machinery Co., Ltd introduced the QEO trinity (quality, environment andoccupational health and safety) in production management and make it to be the production and management standard and the direction of continuous improvement. Due to the revision of national management system, to optimize the QEO trinity continuously and provide a strong guarantee for the company’s development, we invited Zhang Huawei, the professional training lecturer, to teach training courses to the company’s main administrative personnel. 
    During the four-day training, Teacher Zhang has taught the content of quality, environment and occupational health and safety in Edition 2015, the generation and significance of excellent performance and perfect quality, how to reduce and avoid risk as well as how to break through the bottleneck of the company’s development through rich cases. The attendees understood the latest management system and method by learning the courses. Meanwhile, he revealed various problems which the company will confront with in survival and development and their solutions, this made the attendees have more confidence in the company’s management and development.
   Through examination after training, Dongyue has certified 15 system internal auditors. It has reserved rich knowledge and personnels for subsequent system optimization and management improvement.
